Incyte Reviews

'Building sustainable highly skilled leadership teams.'

Incyte provides its own school review process that is designed to meet the school’s/academy's specific needs for improving self-evaluation.  The basic model mirrors the current Ofsted process as from September 2012 and involves the school’s SLT through a supportive, professional development and coaching process.  By the end of the Review, the SLT is much more prepared to present an accurate picture of how well the school/academy is doing and has a clear view and action plan to move forwards on its improvement journey.

Incyte Partner School Reviews

The Incyte Partner School Reviews involve groups of schools working together with Incyte to help to improve the quality of education provided by the group.  The groups size can be as small as two schools.

The idea of these partner reviews is to build sustainable highly skilled leadership teams through headteachers (initially) reviewing each other's schools with a high quality and very experienced Incyte Consultant.  The consultant coaches and supports the headteachers in evaluation skills as they review each other's schools, and identifies key areas for the schools to develop as individual schools or as a whole group.

Fees for Incyte Partner School Reviews start at £1000 for two schools - each school has a one day Review.
