  • Schools across England are using Incyte as their preferred Performance Management and School Improvement Partner.
  • Incyte is working with the Schools Partnership Trust in the north of England to support school self-evaluation and improvement.
  • Incyte conducts annual reviews for many academy and LA schools across England. This includes all the academies that are part of the Academies Enterprise Trust.
  • A school improvement partnership is being developed with the East Hull Association of Schools (Children's Centres and Primary and Secondary Schools).
  • The development of the World Class Teacher Award and a Whole School CPD system in conjunction with Archbishop Sentamu Academy and IRIS Connect.
  • A new program that creates a dynamic Self-evaluation/School Improvement Plan/SEF system which has been piloted with 25 primary, secondary and special schools throughout England. The program is designed to create a dynamic school improvement planning process and will create, automatically, a summary positional statement.
  • Two new bespoke programs have been designed recently with two secondary schools: Launceston College in Cornwall and St Thomas More Catholic School in Willenhall, West Midlands. Both promote the development of personal, learning and thinking skills across the curriculum.
  • Secondary schools, such as Christ Church Academy in Dover and Harefield Academy are using Incyte to provide subject advisory expertise to help promote middle leadership skills and whole school improvement.
  • Kingshurst Academy in Birmingham and Archbishop Sentamu Academy in Hull are using Incyte to support whole school improvement including the development of middle leadership skills.
  • Incyte is supporting the development of PE with a group of schools in Plymouth.
  • Primary schools across the country are using Incyte to gather facts on academy status so that they are able to make informed decisions.


  • Incyte is working with Kindergartens in Qatar to create a sustainable model to consistently improve the quality of teaching and learning.
  • The company is in partnership with a distributor in India to promote new school self-evaluation programs specifically designed for the Indian schools’ market in India and overseas.
  • The Council for International Schools has approved a pilot scheme with Incyte to use a new school improvement program that meets the CIS review model.
  • In Africa, and in the first instance, Tanzania, Incyte is involved on a project to build several new eco-schools.
