CONSULTANCY AND SUPPORT SERVICES FOR SCHOOLS IN THE UK AND WORLDWIDE
Incyte International provides a wide range of consultancy for all kinds of schools in the UK and worldwide. All consultancy support is designed either to help schools to achieve an outstanding school status or to help schools to sustain outstanding practice despite changes in key personnel.
Incyte has consultants to cover all subjects and aspects found in schools as well as key support for middle and senior leaders and governors. Some of the main consultancy services have been developed specifically for UK schools. However, as with all the work we do, and because of our worldwide experiences, all our services are adaptable for all kinds of schools delivering a range of curricula.

Consultancy Fees
These will vary depending on the type and length of contract, the type and size of the school and the location of the school. However, to ensure we provide schools with high quality consultants the general one-off per day rate is £930 + VAT.
Incyte School Reviews
Incyte provides its own school review process that is designed to meet the school’s specific needs for improving self-evaluation. The basic model mirrors the current Ofsted process but is consultative and supportive involving the school’s SLT fully in the process. All Incyte reviewers are highly skilled coaches which contributes significantly to the professional development aspects of the process. SLT members describe the process as the best professional development experience that they have ever had.

Ensuring High Quality Teaching and Learning
(The World Class Teacher Award and Whole School CPD)
Incyte has created a systematic support service that enables teachers and the school to systematically improve the quality of teaching and learning within a secure and sustainable professional development and improvement model. The model provides a process of objective critical analysis matched to a systematic professional development programme. The key aim of the process is to ensure that the system and process becomes self-sustainable, regardless of changes in personnel, and the role Incyte takes reduces over time.

HT Performance Management and School Improvement Partner Support including a full ROL Analysis Report
Incyte provides a comprehensive headteacher performance management and school improvement partner support service. The support service can be customised to meet the specific needs and available budget. The support service is linked in to Incyte's new self-evaluation/school improvement planning/SEF on line system that enables the school improvement partner to provide continuous high quality support to the school at an affordable price.

Safeguarding
Incyte has safeguarding experts that can conduct regular safeguarding audits to identify areas that need to be improved. The safeguarding consultants are all Ofsted trained in this area.
Primary Schools - £800 + VAT
Secondary Schools - £950 + VAT
SEN and subject specialisms
